[+] Playlist items: New option "Try to reload player when content changes".
    Only works for file playlist items on local file systems, not HTTP/FTP
    or DBServer. File Management must be enabled.
[+] DB: Music templates: Soft Attribute Filters
[+] REST Remote: WebSocket support for scripting
[+] REST Remote: Ability to serve files from a custom document root
[+] Wheatstone: Added scripting support for Blade remote
[+] New "Preroll" cue marker, implicitly moves the Start Next of the previous
    item; currently only supported for container playback
[+] DB: Mass Edit available in playlist editor
[+] Cue Editor: New "Zoom" button in marker list, zooms to marker +/- 2 seconds

Other changes:

[-] Cartwall: Removed "visible at startup" option for embedded cartwall;
    the last state will be preserved when restarting the software
